Travel Vaccinations

If you are going abroad for any length of time, it is wise to seek advice on which vaccinations and health measures you may need.

Pre-Travel Assessment

All patients requesting travel vaccinations must complete a pre-travel assessment before booking an appointment.

To start this process:

Contact us through our triage form

  • Select "I have an admin or routine care request"
  • Enter your details
  • Select "Routine care appointment"
  • From the drop down list, select "Pre travel appointment"

Our admin team will see this and send you a travel questionnaire to complete via SMS

Important

If you are traveling within the next 4 weeks, please go directly to a private travel clinic, as we cannot accommodate short-notice requests.
