Community Nurses
District Nursing Sisters make home visits on recommendation by the doctors. Their office is based at Westmoor Community Clinic (just below the surgery).
Health Visitors
Our Health Visitors are based at Sure Start at 166, Roehampton Lane, SW15 4AA Tel: 020.8789.0572.
They are involved in health education and can give advice on many aspects of illness prevention.
The Health Visitors will make visits to expectant mothers and young babies.
Counsellors
A counsellor attends our surgery regularly and appointments can be made after consultation with the doctor.
