I qualified from Manchester University in 1999. I am practice lead for Mental Health, Adult Safeguarding and Primary Care Research. I have also completed a Masters in Public Health. 

I have been working at Mayfield surgery since 2007, and became a partner in 2008. I have helped the practice become more actively involved in research , which is a personal interest of mine. 

Outside of work, I enjoy watching most sports especially  football and cricket. I enjoy playing golf ( badly), swimming and still occasionally play cricket.
