Additional Needs
Please let a member of the team know if you have any additional needs.
We will try to help and can often make adjustments where possible. If you need additional time you can be offered a longer appointment booking.
Wheelchair Access
Our building is fully wheelchair accessible. There is a lift to access the lower floor.
Language Needs
If you need an interpreter, please let reception know. We are able to access telephone interpreting for most languages. Due to their professional expertise and issues of privacy, this is usually preferable to friends or family helping out. You will need a double appointment to allow time for interpreting.
Disabled Parking – Blue Badge Scheme
The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.
For more information and an Application Form visit your local council office.
Loop System
We have a loop induction system at Reception to assist the hearing impaired. For more information on the loop hearing system visit the Hearing Link website.
Blind/Partially Sighted
If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a CD or large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.

Guide Dogs
