We recieved an overall rating of Good - thank you to all of the staff at Mayfield who work so hard to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
We did recieve advice on a couple of points as you can read in the report below. We have now put measures in place for us to monitor the following:
- Prescription paper is now taken out of every printer and locked away at night.
- Prescription paper is now logged by serial numbers and which member of staff takes them (for audit purposes)
- Our emergency bag is now locked away at night and checked on a monthly basis.
- Our HCA is now making sure she has a PSD for every injection given.
