Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets to provide a forum for discussion about the practice.
If you are interested in giving your feedback about local health programmes or services at the surgery, learning about changes in your local services, or participating in health campaigns in your community - we encourage you to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
Learn more about our the PPG Group
We aim to have a group that is representative of the different views and opinions among our patients. Therefore we welcome new participants of any age, gender or ethnicity.
If you think you might be interested or would like to be updated on the activities and meetings of the PPG, please complete the online form below. This does not mean you have to attend the meetings, but we will keep you up-to-date on any activities and inform you about upcoming meetings so that you can attend if you are available.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please complete this form.
We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
The information you supply us will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to know what information is held about you and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.
